1. About these Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Repatria mobile apps, website and services (the "Platform"), operated by Repatria Private Limited, 12/136/A1, Aralam, Thalassery, Kannur - 670704, Kerala, India ("Nock", "we", "us"). By creating an account, posting a task or accepting a task, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our community guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
Part of these Terms applies to everyone, part only to Clients and part only to Runners. Where a rule is specific to a task category, it applies in addition to the general rules for that role.
Definitions
- Client: a user who posts or books a task on the Platform.
- Runner: a verified user who accepts and performs tasks on the Platform.
- Task: a job booked through the Platform, including its description, location, time window, scope and price.
- Task category: one of Pickup & Drop, Priority Pickup & Drop, Pet Sitting, Pet Walking, Vet Visit Assistance, General Paperwork, Household Help, Tuitions, Doctor Home Visit, Hospital Visitation Assistance, Overnight Bedside Support, or Custom.

- Resolution center: the in-app feature for raising disputes about payment, damage or conduct.
2. Nock's role, eligibility and accounts
Nock is a technology platform that connects Clients with independent Runners. Runners are not employees or agents of Nock. Nock sets task pricing, processes payments, verifies Runners and provides tools for communication, tracking and dispute resolution.
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Runners must also meet the minimum age for each task category in Section 5.
- Clients must be verified users with a valid phone number and government ID.
- Runners must complete identity and address verification before accepting any task, and must meet the category qualifications in Section 5.
- You must give accurate information and keep it up to date. You must not create fake profiles using another person's identity or contact information.
- You must not create fake or duplicate accounts to exploit promotional offers or get around a suspension or ban.
- You are responsible for activity on your account. Report any suspected unauthorised use or data breach immediately through the app.
- Keep the app updated and notifications enabled during active tasks, so real-time communication works.
- All communication between Clients and Runners must go through Repatria app. Do not contact each other by personal phone, WhatsApp or social media.
3. Client terms: all categories
These rules apply to every task a Client books.
- Give accurate task descriptions. Vague or misleading descriptions may lead to the task being cancelled.
- Treat Runners with respect and professionalism. Abusive language, threats or harassment lead to immediate account suspension.
- Do not discriminate against Runners based on gender, religion, caste, language or appearance.
- Provide a safe environment for the Runner, with no physical threats, unsafe premises or hostile individuals at the task location.
- Allow the Runner to leave immediately if they feel unsafe. Safety cancellations carry no penalty for the Runner.
- Report any Runner misconduct through the app's reporting feature, not through personal confrontation.
- Rate Runners fairly and honestly after each task. Giving a fraudulent low rating to avoid payment is a violation.
- Do not solicit Runners for off-platform work to avoid platform fees.

- The "within 10 minutes of booking" refund applies only if the task is scheduled to start more than 3 hours after the cancellation.
- If more than one column applies to a cancellation, the higher refund applies.
- If Nock cannot find a Runner for your task, you receive a full refund.
- No refund is given once the task has started.
9.2 How refunds are paid
- Refunds are paid to the original payment method.
- NRI customers can choose to receive a refund in their Nock wallet instead. Wallet balance can be used only to pay for tasks within Repatria app. It cannot be withdrawn, transferred or exchanged for cash.
- For NRI customers, a refund to the original payment method carries an additional charge of 3% of the refund amount as gateway fees.
9.3 When a Runner cancels
| Category | Minimum notice | Consequence of late cancellation or no-show |
|---|---|---|
| Tuitions | 4 hours | Rating penalty for no-shows |
| Overnight Bedside Support | 6 hours | Severe rating penalty and possible temporary deactivation |
| Any category, for safety reasons | None | No penalty |
A Runner may decline a custom task outside their skills, capability or comfort level without a rating penalty. Nock may reject, pause or cancel any custom task its safety team flags as high-risk, unclear or potentially harmful to either party.
10. Privacy and confidentiality
How Nock collects and uses personal data is set out in the Nock Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to Nock processing task data for matching, safety and quality improvement as described there. This section covers how Clients and Runners must treat each other's information.
10.1 Client obligations
- Do not share a Runner's personal details, such as name, photo, phone number or vehicle details, on social media or with third parties.
- Do not photograph or record a Runner without their consent, and do not post identifiable photos or videos of a Runner in reviews or on social media without consent.
- Do not use a Runner's personal information for any purpose outside the task, including marketing, solicitation or background research.
- Delete any Runner contact information you may have seen during the task.
- Do not stalk, follow or try to locate a Runner outside an active task.
- Do not share task details, such as addresses visited, items carried or patients visited, with unauthorised persons.
10.2 Runner obligations
- Do not share any Client's personal information, home address or access details with third parties.
- Do not save, store or share a Client's phone number, address or other personal data outside the app.
- Do not use information from a task for marketing, solicitation or personal gain.
- Delete any temporary access credentials, such as gate codes, WiFi passwords or spare keys, immediately after the task.
- Do not discuss Client details, the nature of a task, the Client's home or anything you observed during a task with other Runners or anyone outside the Platform.
- Category-specific confidentiality rules in Section 7 also apply, especially for paperwork, household, tuition and medical tasks.
A Runner who breaches Client privacy faces immediate deactivation and possible legal action. A Client who breaches Runner privacy may have their account suspended or terminated.
11. Prohibited tasks, safety, damage and disputes
11.1 Prohibited tasks
No one may post or accept a task that involves:
- anything illegal, unethical, dangerous or against Nock's community guidelines
- alcohol, narcotics, controlled substances, weapons, firearms, explosives, hazardous materials, unlabelled chemicals or smuggled goods
- intimate, romantic or inappropriate personal requests
- work that legally requires a licensed professional, unless the Runner holds that licence
- tree cutting above 3 metres, or rooftop or height work without safety equipment
- bribes, false certificates, backdated prescriptions or any fraudulent document
11.2 Safety
- Either party may end a task if they feel unsafe. A Runner who leaves for safety reasons is not penalised.
- Report misconduct, threats or unsafe conditions through the app's reporting feature, not through personal confrontation.
- Runners must report any sign of abuse, neglect, self-harm or unsafe living conditions seen during a task to Nock's safety team immediately and confidentially.
- Nock may pause or cancel any task its safety team considers high-risk.
11.3 Damage and loss
Before a task starts, the Client and Runner should record and agree on the condition of any items or spaces involved. Report damage or loss through the app with photo evidence within these windows:
| Category | Client reporting window |
|---|---|
| Priority Pickup & Drop | 1 hour after delivery |
| Pickup & Drop | 2 hours after delivery |
| Household Help | 4 hours after completion |
Runners must report any damage, breakage, spillage or loss they cause or discover immediately. A Runner is not responsible for pre-existing damage, damage caused by poor packaging, or delays and rejections caused by third parties such as government offices or hospitals.
11.4 Disputes
Raise disputes through the in-app resolution center. Payment disputes must be raised within 48 hours of task completion. Nock will review the evidence in the app, including chat, photos, location data and receipts, and its decision on refunds and payouts is final within the Platform, without affecting any rights you have under law.
12. Ratings, suspension, termination and general terms
12.1 Ratings
Clients and Runners rate each other after every task. Ratings must be fair and honest. Runners must keep a rating of 4.0 or above to stay active.
12.2 Suspension and termination
Nock may warn, suspend, deactivate or permanently ban an account, and may take legal action where appropriate, for breach of these Terms. This includes:
- abuse, threats, harassment or discrimination
- payments outside the Platform, payment in kind or fraudulent payment methods
- breaches of privacy or confidentiality
- fake, duplicate or impersonating accounts
- prohibited tasks
- for Runners: falling below the rating threshold, repeated priority misses, no-shows, sleeping on duty or leaving an overnight shift early
You may close your account at any time through the app. Obligations about payment, confidentiality and disputes continue after closure.
12.3 Limitation of liability
Runners are independent users, not employees or agents of Nock. Nock is not liable for the acts or omissions of Clients or Runners, for decisions a Client makes on advice from a doctor or vet, or for delays caused by third parties. To the extent permitted by law, Nock's total liability for any claim relating to a task is limited to the amount paid for that task.
12.4 Indemnity
You agree to compensate Nock for losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Platform or your violation of any law or third-party right.
12.5 Changes to these Terms
Nock may update these Terms. We will post the new version with its effective date and notify you in the app before material changes take effect. Continuing to use the Platform after that means you accept the updated Terms.
12.6 Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts in Kerala have exclusive jurisdiction.
